ORDER
The revision petition is filed seeking for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.76 of 2022 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Rasipuram.
2. The revision petitioners are defendants 1 to 3 in O.S.No.76 of 2022. In view of the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners state that the suit is filed for mandatory injunction and permanent injunction and pleadings are complete and trial is yet to commence. Learned counsel also states that in view of interlocutory applications being pending, the trial has not been taken up in the suit for over two years.
5. In view of the above submission, the Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram is directed to dispose of all interlocutory applications within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, commence trial in the suit and dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within seven months.

6. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
