Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions to permit the petitioners to implead as respondents 18 to 150 in the above writ petitions are allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above writ petitions.
