ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed on the apprehension that there is a possibility that the 3rd respondent may obtain patta in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 3 and 4 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with by this Court.
3. According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is not entitled to grant of patta in her name for the subject property. She has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of her case.
4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that as and when any application is filed by the 3rd respondent seeking grant of patta in her name for the subject property, the petitioner will be heard in the said proceedings. Page No.2 of 4
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
6. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if the petitioner is heard in the application filed by the 3rd respondent seeking grant of patta in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
7. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective contentions.
8. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to issue notice to the petitioner and hear her objections as and when any application is submitted by the 3rd respondent seeking grant of patta in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, and only after hearing the objections of the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 shall pass final orders on the 3rd respondent's application seeking grant of patta in her name for the subject property, after giving due consideration to the objections raised by the petitioner.

9. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
