ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition to transfer the investigation in Crime No.396 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Vellore District or to the CBI.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would contend that the investigation in Crime No.396 of 2013 is concluded and a referred chargesheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sholingar and the same was also recorded by the Magistrate.

3. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition for further adjudication and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is directed to take proper steps before the concerned court, if so advised.
