The present petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 04.04.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The petitioner submits that he is an agriculturist. On 30.10.2015 at about 12.00 hours, the accused entered into the petitioner's place and broke open the front gate and damaged the gate with the intention to kill the petitioner. In respect of the property dispute.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was received by the 1st respondent and the allegation made in the complaint reveals that the complaint was given by the petitioner against his father and his brother and it is only a family dispute in respect of the property and already a civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suit is pending before the Sub-Court, Tiruppur, in respect of the same.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case for giving a direction to the respondent police. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
