Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10655 of 2020 by order dated 16.07.2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10655 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10655 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Covid Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date of lifting of lock down and the commencement of the Court's normal functioning.
