O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent/police herein i.e., The Inspector of Police, C-1, Thiruperumbudur Police Station, Thiruperumbudur, Kancheepuram District to file the final report pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 01.10.2014 which was registered in Crime no.915 of 2014 under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 15.11.2011 as against one Kasiammal and Ms/.Martin Housing Private Limited for the alleged offence under sections 419, 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and the same was registered in Crime No.915 of 2014 but till date no action was taken. Hence, the present petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the investigation involves lot of documents to be verified, it would take sufficient time for the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.915/2014 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
