ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2018 for the offence under Section 302 IPC, subsequently altered to Section 302 r/w 120(B) IPC in Crime No.1101 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.This is the fourth bail petition that has been filed before this Court and the earlier bail petitions have been dismissed on merits and time has also been fixed for the completion of trial. This Court does not find any change in circumstances in this case. 3.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
