ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.6.2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a physically handicapped person. He is having property dispute with one Murugan, son of Madurai Pillai and the petitioner also got a decree in his favour against the said Madurai Pillai for delivery of possession of the encroached property. While so, on 9.6.2015 at about 7.30 p.m., when the petitioner was sitting at Amman Kovil, the said Murugan came there and shouted against the petitioner and pushed the petitioner. When the petitioner fell down, the said Murugan started to attack him, due to which, the petitioner sustained bleeding injures. Hence, he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police and the respondent police issued CSR copy bearing No.115 of 2015. But, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the counter petitioner viz., Murugan has also given a complaint as against this petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 10.6.2015 has been assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.115 of 2015, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.115 of 2015 along with the complaint given by the counter petitioner viz., Murugan and dispose both the complaint, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
