Criminal Revision case filed seeking to allow this revision by setting aside the fair order passed by the Hon'ble 3rd Additional District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee on 10.01.2023 in Crl.A.No.43 of 2021, confirming the order passed on 20.11.2020 in MC.No.22 of 2012 by the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate Court No.II at Poonamallee. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the matter got settled in between the parties before 1/3

the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and a settlement of agreement dated 20.02.2024 was entered into between the parties to that effect. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent also ratifies the same.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case stands dismissed as settled out of the Court. The Mediation report dated 22.02.2024 shall form a part and parcel of this order.
