ORDER
The revision petitioner is the first plaintiff in O.S.No.204 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur.
2. It is seen that the suit has been pending from 2015 onwards and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, now the suit is posted for recording of exparte evidence.
3. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the revision by directing the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur to dispose of O.S.No.204 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
