ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 1.10.2015 in CSR No.188 of 2015 dated 2.10.2015 in accordance with law.

2. In the petition, it is averred that the marriage between the petitioner and her husband K.Balaguru was solemnized on 24.5.2010 at D.K.Thirumana Mandapam, Sethiyar Thoppu Cross Road, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District as per Hind rites and their community custom. They have no issues. While so, according to the petitioner, her husband developed illegal intimacy with the petitioner's sister Bhanumathi and on 30.9.2015, her husband eloped with her sister Bhanumathi. Thus, he had cheated the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 1.10.2015 with the respondent police and the respondent police assigned CSR number as CSR No.188 of 2015. But, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent is searching for the petitioner's husband and her sister. As soon as the petitioner's husband is secured, proper action would be taken by the respondent.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am of the opinion, there is no need for any specific direction to the respondent.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
