Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., untll further orders in the order dated 06.04.2022 in Crl.OP.No.8045 of 2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.8045 of 2022 on 06.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
