PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering in C.C.No.38 of 2014 dated 10.01.2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kallakurichi confirmed in Crl.A.No.8 of 2019 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District, dated 12.04.2019 pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition.
