Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in serial No.5 of the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.7779/2011/A1, dated 27.03.2012, passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue confirmation order in favour of the petitioner at Rs.10,20,000/- quoted in the sealed tender for three years i.e., 2012-2013 to 2014-2015 as notified by the respondent in original tender notice dated 13.01.2012 or issue the confirmation order at Rs.4,00,000/- for one year i.e., 20122013 as the petitioner is only the successful bidder in the open tender.
