The Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of CPC 1908 against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.65 of 2012 dated:23.06.2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge's Court, Coimbatore, reversing the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.21 of 2011 dated 30.03.2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge's Court, Tirupur.

Decree:

This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decree of the Lower Appellate Court, Trial Court, records and material papers available in this case and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.C.R.Prasanan , Advocate for the Appellant and M/s. V.Anandhamurthy Advocate for the Respondents , this court while dismissing this Second Appeal, doth Judgment and decree as follows:

(i) that the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.65 of 2012 dated:23.06.2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge's Court, Coimbatore, reversing the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.21 of 2011 dated 30.03.2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Subordinate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge's Court, Tirupur, be and hereby is confirmed, and the Second Appeal stands dismissed;
