: Applicant Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the applicant to sell the schedule mentioned Trust property and enable the applicant to deposit the amount in the name of Trust and to carry out the charitable work and temple activities as per the deed executed by the author of the Trust.

This Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the court made the following order:-

This application has been filed seeking permission to sell the property belonging to the trust.

2. The applicant, who was the sole trustee had filed this application seeking permission to sell the Trust property.

3. This application is bereft of any details in as much as it does not contain the details of the purchaser as well as value of the property. Hence this application cannot be ordered as it stands. Leaving it open to the Trustees to approach this Court after identifying the buyer and to appraise the Court with proper valuation of the property, giving the details of the agreement with the proposed purchaser, this application is dismissed for the present.
