ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary and suitable protection to the petitioner, its Directors and employees and other personnel who are engaged in the petitioner's business and for constructing the unit by considering the complaint, dated 22.03.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

On perusal of the representation, it is revealed that the petitioner sought for police protection to construct company premises in the subject land. Now the request made by the petitioner is pending before the third respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents 5 to 10 submitted that the land in which the proposed construction to be put up by the petitioner is classified as agricultural land. The petitioner did not even classify the land as industrial land. Further they do not have any valid permission to construct the company. However, they sought police protection to construct company in the subject land. 5.

In view of the above circumstances, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.03.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
