ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondents police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.0130 of 2021, seeks interstate anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submittted that false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to him so as to enable them to move the appropriate jurisdictional court in the State of Karnataka for necessary relief.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the name of the petitioner is not found in the FIR and hence this may be given disposal accordingly.
