280/2, 281/6, 282/1, 282/9 and 283/5 in Sigarapalli Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in the light of the order passed in writ petition in W.P.No.34843 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 within a time stipulated period of time.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to implement the proceedings of second respondent and to conduct survey in the subject property and fix boundaries based on the earlier order passed in W.P.No.34843 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.

2. Heard Mr.M.Dinesh, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for first respondent and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for respondents 2 and 3. 2/4

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the first respondent will take a decision within a period of two (2) weeks.

In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner. No costs.
