2. The petitioners (in both these Writ Petitions) made representations to the respondent on 26.09.2013 and 10.06.2015 respectively, seeking re-employment. As the said representations were not considered till date, these two Writ Petitions have been filed.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice if the respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 26.09.2013 and 10.06.2015 on merits, within a specified period.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the respondent is directed to dispose of the representations, dated 26.09.2013 and 10.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
