COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the goods detained in O.S.No.37 of 2013 Int. dt. 6.5.14 Air by implementing and give effect to the Order-in-Appeal viz C.Cus-I No.140 of 2014 in C41/808/O/2014 Air dated 18.12.2014 and Order-in-Appeal viz C.Cus-I No.141 of 2014 in C4-1/809/O/2014 Air dated 18.12.2014 within a reasonable time frame.
