Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint M/s. G.Mukundan & Company, Chartered Accountants as Auditors to audit the accounts of Pachaiayappa's Charities (18 accounts) for the financial year 2016-2017 with the existing remuneration of Rs.11,000/-. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the Court made the following order:- This application has been filed by the applicant seeking permission to appoint an auditor, namely, M/s. G.Mukundan & Company, Chartered Accountants, having office at Door No. 29A, HIG -977 First Main Raod, (Opp. Southern Pearl Mat. Hr. Sec. School), Mogappair, Chennai - 600 037; Ph: 26532424 and Mobile No. 9444123537. The auditor has also given his consent by letter dated 10.09.2017.

2. Mr.M.Devendran, learned counsel appearing for the applicant stated that on every financial year, an order is obtained from the Court and the learned counsel also pointed out the earlier order dated 22.07.2016 in A.No. 3442 of 2016 in A.No. 6853 of 2015 wherein also, this Court had appointed the same auditor. The remuneration for the auditor is Rs.11,000/-. Consequently, since audit has to be done, this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, M/s.
