ORDER
This matter was listed upon the Trial Court seeking further extension of time, noting that the case had not even moved an inch due to the pendency of
Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW).
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent 1 & 2 was directed to file a status report today. He has filed the report and as per paragraph 5, it is now stated that no further NBW is pending and the case is in a position to proceed.
3. In view of the above, the extension of time as prayed for by the Trial Court is granted for a further period of six months. The Trial Court shall expedite the proceedings by posting the matter on short dates. If the accused once again remain absent and NBWs are issued, the Trial Court is at liberty to consider cancellation of bail or to take any other action as may be warranted. 04-07-2025 nsl
