ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondent to call the petitioner for certificate verification and appoint her to the post of Pharmacist.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was appointed as Pharmacist, after completion of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate verification and thereafter, her service was also regularised.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudcation in this matter. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
