ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to incorporate the entry relating to cancellation of Gift Deed dated 14.08.2000 registered as document No.4586 of 2000 on the file of the second respondent relating to his property comprised in S.No.15/2 situated at Sadayankuppam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has submitted a representation dated 16.08.2018 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the said representation made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the respondents, on merits. 4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to upload the entry relating to cancellation of gift deed dated 14.08.2000 registered as document no.4586 of 2000 with the office of the second respondent in the encumbrance certificate relating to the property comprised in S.No.15/2 in Sadayankuppam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
