This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1074 days in preferring the criminal appeal against the judgment dated 28.10.2021 in S.C.No.64 of 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, perambalur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
