Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in anticipatory bail order in Crl.MP.No.4893 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.1139 of 2021 dated 23.04.2021 in Cr.No.95 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GOVINDARAJU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 23.04.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as ordered by this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to deposit the amount.
