Respondents in W.P.26995/17 Prayer in W.P.No.26994 of 2017: Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the second respondent herein not to grant any transfer of pattas in respect of i.e, the Plot No.SP/1 and SP/2 in S.Nos. 67/2 and 68 measuring about 14,400 sq.ft., of Mogappair Village, the then Saidapet Taluk now Ambattur Taluk, the then Chengalpet District now Thiruvallur District situated in Sathya Nagar, which is meant for exclusively for public purpose more fully described in the schedule to the accompanying petition by way
of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or by any other writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ.
Prayer in W.P.No.26995 of 2017: Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the first respondent herein to annul the so far registered documents fraudulently and unlawfully created encumbering properties situate in Plot No.SP/1 and SP/2 in S.Nos. 67/2 and 68 measuring about 14,400 sq.ft., which is exclusively meant for public purpose, more fully described in the schedule to the accompanying petition by way of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or by any other writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ.
SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY All the piece and parcel of land and building including the compound wall in plot No.SP/1 and SP/2 in the approved lay out plan by L.P.D.M. No.31/74, by DTCP, situated in Mogappair Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chingleput District in S.Nos.68 and 67/2 of an extent of 14,400 sq.ft. And thereabouts laying within iThe Public Prosecutor, High court Madras. Sub registration district of konoor, Chennai. COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
