Contempt Petition No. 803 of 2020 the same with liberty to file fresh Contempt Petition against the concerned persons with appropriate details as to the acts of violation committed by them. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed with a clarification that the Petitioner is not precluded from filing fresh Contempt Petition against the concerned persons with proper details for taking necessary action for contempt in accordance with law. No costs.
