2.This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the tender notification dated 25.06.2014 and permit the writ petitioner to continue the contract as per resolution dated 30.12.2013. Admittedly, the validity of the period of contract is already over. Therefore, as submitted by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
