Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition (8) as considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1139 of 2021 dated 15.03.2021 is modified, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty five lakhs only) to the credit of crime no.95 of 2020 on the file of Special court for cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai in or before 01.06.2021 in the order dated 23.04.2021 in Crl.MP.No.4897 of 2021 and Crl.MP.No.4893 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.1139 of 2021 in Cr.No.95 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.GOVINDARAJU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 15.03.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner to further modify the condition (8), as the same was already modified by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2021 vide Crl.M.P.No.4897 & 4893 of 2021 by stating that " considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1139 of 2021 dated 15.03.2021 is modified, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twnety Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of crime No.95 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai on or before 01.06.2021".

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already modified vide Crl.M.P.No.4897 and 4893 of 2021, is further modified. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.95 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai, within a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
