..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue revised Online Birth certificate to the petitioner by incorporating the name as "DHARANIKANTH SATHYANARAYANA" and also correctly mentioning the date of birth of the petitioner as 20.4.1988, in line with the manual birth certificate issued to the petitioner herein.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue revised Online Birth certificate to the petitioner by incorporating the name as "DHARANIKANTH SATHYANARAYANA" and also correctly mentioning the date of birth of the petitioner as 20.4.1988, in line with the manual birth certificate issued to the petitioner herein.

2. This Court on 09.04.2026, had passed the following order: "4. Considering the submissions on either side, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent within a period of one week and the respondent is directed to enter the name of the petitioner's son as well as the correct date of birth, viz., 20.04.1988 and issue the birth certificate and file a report before this Court on 27.04.2026."

3. Today when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court on 09.04.2026 has been complied with and the revised online birth certificate has been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepted the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed.
