ORDER

This petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2023, as ordered by this Court in Crl.MP.No.18706 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.16151 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and further two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Laksh Only) to the credit of concerned Magistrate as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the present order copy made ready.
