ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.429 of 2009 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.429 of 2009, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner before the Land Grabbing Court No.II, Allikulam on 23.09.2016.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
