1. Business Policy and Strategic Management and 2. Marketing Management written by the petitioner under the exam system of the Institute of Distance Education (IDE) held in January and February 2017 for December 2016 with Enrolment No.A14101PB06270 in the Examination Centre at Jaagruthi Junior College and Women Degree College, Hyderabad.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent Official Memorandum No.MP/Dis.Com/MBA/IDE/86/December 2016/619 dt 18.4.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to declare and publish the exam results of MBA Degree subjects/ papers namely 1. Business Policy and Strategic Management and

2. Marketing Management written by the petitioner under the exam system of the Institute of Distance Education (IDE) held in January and February 2017 for December 2016 with Enrolment No.A14101PB06270 in the Examination Centre at Jaagruthi Junior College and Women Degree College, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they permitted the petitioner to write the arrear examinations and the result has also been published and therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted the same, as above.
