The 2nd respondent had been served and her name is also printed in the cause list, but there is no appearance for the 2nd respondent.

2.There are two schedule mentioned properties namely, schedule - A and schedule - B. It is seen from the records that 'A' schedule property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and 'B' schedule property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

Since the dispute with regard to both A and B schedule properties are common, this application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit.

3.In view of the above facts, leave is granted. This application is allowed accordingly.
