This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.206/A/2007 dated 27.01.2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and also direct the respondents to fix the lease amount as per G.O.Ms.No.332 of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (FS.IV) Department dated 17.11.1993.
