This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award dated 07.08.2017 made in W.C.No.27 of 2015 (Old W.C.No.383 of 2004) passed by the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation/Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Kunnur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. The first respondent remained ex-parte before the Tribunal. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. Satisfying with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
