PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant Teacher with effect from the date of appointment i.e. on 30.06.2004 in the light of the order passed by the first respondent for similarly placed persons in G.O.Ms.(3D).No.78, School Education (G2) Department, dated 25.05.2012 and G.O.Ms.(3D).No.4, School Education

(Ne V 3(1) Department, dated 21.01.2015, by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 09.04.2015 and 05.08.2015 within the stipulated period.

O R D E R

Though a larger prayer has been made by the petitioner, counsel for the petitioner submitted that representations dated 09.04.2015 and 05.08.2015 of the petitioner, in which a request has been made to regularise her services by taking into consideration of the services put in in the same post for a period of ten years, may be considered by the respondents for the purpose of granting selection grade.

2. Considering the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the above said representations of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to submit a copy of the representations along with a copy of this order before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
