Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the AWARD dated on 24.10.2024 passed by the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in O.P/I.D.No.15 of 2024 and quash the same as it stand rejected in 2A(2) adjudication petition challenging termination order dated on 01.06.2020 from respondent Delhi Office (R1) on an error of jurisdiction and direct the respondents (R1 & R2) to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service with full backwages along with all consequential benefits and cost of these legal procedure and to grant any further or other reliefs as this Honble court may deem fit and proper. 1/3

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to challenge the order passed in IA in the manner known to law. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty. No costs.
