Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering in pursuant to the order by the learned XVI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in C.A.No.24 of 2017 dated 07.12.2018 against the order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court III, Saidapet, Chennai.
