O R D E R
It is a specific case of the petitioners that their father while working as Selection grade Assistant was missing from 9.8.2002. Enclosing copies of the non-traceable certificate issued by the Inspector of Police, D-1 Triplicane Police station, Chennai and the proceedings of the respondent No.1, *dated 12.09.2002, petitioner made representation, dated 19.6.2013 to the respondent No.2 seeking death certificate and legal heirship certificate. On its nonconsideration, the present writ petition has been filed. 2 Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner, dated 19.6.2013 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petitioner is directed to furnish another copy of the representation, dated 19.6.2013 enclosing copy of this order along with certificate issued by the police, dated 17.2.2013 and the proceedings of the respondent No.1, *dated 12.09.2002 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
