This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 668 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the conviction and sentence in Criminal Appeal No.56/2018 before the Hon'ble I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, dated 29.03.2019.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
