This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the order dated 12.06.2019.

2. In and by the said order, the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m on every Monday and Thursday until further orders. It is not in dispute that the said condition is being complied with by the petitioners.

3. Considering the nature of the offences attributed to the petitioners and the fact that the elections are over, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th of every month till the investigation is completed.
