Crl.M.P.No.7386 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.702 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY.J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the judgment dated 16.03.2022 passed in C.A.No.147 of 2020 by the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge at Coimbatore confirming the judgment dated 25.02.2022 passed in C.C.No.669 of 2017 by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1 at Magistrate Level, Coimbatore, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision case.

2. In spite of the opportunity being granted by this Court for the petitioner to surrender, the petitioner has not surrendered. Therefore, the petition prayed for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
