The learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties had settled the matter before the Mediation Centre, High Court of Madras. The

va learned counsel on either side also submitted that the respondent/tenant agreed to vacate the petition premises on or before 31.08.2017. 2.In the Mediation Agreement dated 06.10.2016 also, it has been stated that the respondent/tenant had agreed to vacate the shop portion on or before 31.08.2017.
3.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed and the respondent/tenant is granted time till 31.08.2017 to vacate and hand over vacant possession to the petitioner/landlord without driving him to initiate execution proceedings. No costs.
