This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/defendants 10 to 15 to file the documents described in the Judges summons and mark the same as an Exhibits on the side of the defendants 10 to 15 in C.S.No.735 of 2008.

2. The learned counsel on other side has no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/defendants to mark the documents as listed in the Judges summon, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Post the matter on 18.07.2023 before the learned Additional Master-IV for recording evidence.
