This petition is filed by the Prosecution seeking extension of time for further period of six months to complete the investigation and to file a final report.

2.The respondent herein filed a petition in Crl.R.C.No.914 of 2020 under Section 451 Cr.P.C. seeking for opening of the bank locker belonging to the respondent herein and also to defreeze her bank account. 3.This Court by order dated 27.01.2022 directed the petitioner herein to complete the investigation and file a final report on or before 31.05.2022. 4.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the petitioner submitted that final report is made ready and it is kept for obtaining sanction of prosecution and hence, charge sheet could not be filed before the concerned Court. Hence, he sought for three months time to comply with the order passed by this Court on 27.01.2022. Page No.1/3

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for. Accordingly, time already granted by this court is extended by two months to file the final report.

6.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 28.09.2022 cse Page No.2/3
