Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and extend revised scale of pay had been made applicable and extending to all others similarly placed category/cadre of persons as per the one man committee recommendation made in GO's 444 of 09.09.2009 and to consequently revise and re-fix the pay including arrears thereto.

By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The petitioners are working as Drug Inspectors. Seeking implementation of the recommendation of the one man commission, the petitioners made a representation placing reliance upon the Government Order passed in G.O.Ms.444 dated 09.09.2009 followed by subsequent ones. Despite the representation having been made on 15.06.2015, no orders are passed by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. Considering the pendency of representation, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 15.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
